The collar is engraved and shipped by our production partner in Asia, straight to your address in the US. That is why it takes 2 to 3 weeks instead of two days — and it is also why a riveted metal plate costs what it costs here.
Email us before the collar ships and we correct it at no charge. If it has already shipped, we re-engrave a replacement at half price. We engrave exactly what you type, so read the digits back once before you add to cart.
